Sounds shifty to me, but .... gives me an idea for a themed group show. Household items redefined and reimagined. Show titles? Humm? "No Limit Toster," the kitchen toaster as gangster weapon? Or, "Splatula," cooking spatula as paint brush? Hummm?
Any takers for this show?

It never ceases to amaze me the kind of stuff that pops up on Craigs. Speaking a freelance writer, I am always highly skeptical of people requesting samples. That's usually a big red flag. If they want to view my online portfolio that's great but asking someone to create samples from scratch equates to asking for free work and it's highly frowned upon without a contract of some sort.

Anyway, great find!
