Just went to the Bike Art Show at Flux last night and then over to steamworks. Not to many folks smoking outside at Flux but..then i went to steamworks. I think most of the patrons were smoking. I did have a small craving but, it went away prety quick. I did good, no cigarettes, actualy the smell kinda made me feel crappy. So far so good! Today marks 1 week of me quitting. Im so used to finishing a painting and then going out to smoke. Its been hard working on a piece knowing im not gonna have a smoke break. Its just a bad habit...paint...smoke.....paint.....smoke...go to bed. Ive been chewing on pens instead. LOL. Hey, whatever works damn it!

try acupuncture to help with the stress and the cravings...it helps with my migraines and my carpal tunnel.

but also, good luck...it's a good habit to quit.
